Google released the Android 2.0 (Eclair) SDK

Towards the presence of the latest smartphone using Android operating system 2.0, Google released the SDK (software develompment kit) that can be used by developers to create applications on the Android is more sophisticated. With the SDK, many applications can be developed based on the newer features provided Android 2.0.
"Using a new synchronization, account manager, and contact API (application programming interface), you can create an application that allows users to synchronize the device to various sources of contact," said Xavier Ducrochet, head of technology at the Android SDK team in his blog.
In addition, developers can create applications that make users can access various options faster communications whether email, SMS, instant messaging, by using the Quick Connect feature. Meanwhile, the Bluetooth API (application programming interface), new applications can now feature peer to peer connection.
In addition to these features, Android 2.0, which is the latest version of the operating system based on Google's open source it has made a number of new features that are not available in earlier versions. Among other things, digital zoom on the camera, multitouch controls on the keypad, and a combined email inbox messages from multiple accounts. Android also supports Exchange 2.0 to manage e-mail from a third party.
Android 2.0 previously called Eclair code is a version update from previous versions, called Donut and Cupcake. However sejumlha smartphone devices on the market will use a different version of it. Not all devices can upgrade to a higher version.
